Lifeline - How It Works

Lifeline is a personal response system which links you to 24-hour assistance at the push of a button.Using a small, portable Personal Help Button which can be worn on a neck chain, or a wrist strap, will allow you to move freely around your home or yard with the confidence of knowing that if you need help it is only a push button away and Lifeline will call for it.

A Lifeline Communicator is connected to your telephone line. It sends an automatic call for help when you push your Personal Help Button or the Help Button on the front of the communicator. Highly trained personnel receive your help call and immediately attempt to make contact with you. If assistance is needed, they will contact one of your "responders," which can be a nearby friend, neighbor or family member. For more serious situations, an ambulance or police can be dispatched.

There is a monthly charge for the system and an installation charge of $100 which is being waived at this time thanks to an anonymous donor. No long term contract is necessary only a monthly contract and billing will be sent each month which you will pay each month. Should you no longer need the system you turn the system back to our agency and pay for the month you turn it in to us.

All the information needed can be completed over the telephone. 574-372-3401
