Home Care Services

Home Care staff members work together as a team to treat the patient as well as educate and assist individuals who may have taken on the role of personal caregiver.  When a physician refers a patient to KHCH, services may include one or more of the following disciplines:

• Registered Nurse(RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)
  
• Social Worker
• Home Health Aide
• Private Duty Services / Homemaker
• Physical Therapist
• Occupational Therapist
• Speech Therapist
