In 2011, Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, Inc. served over 800 patients and families in the community. Our patients lived in their own homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes and hospitals. Last year, our staff made over 18,000 visits and drove over 217,000 miles to ensure our patients received the best care possible.
